If you like to have a drink every once in a while, leave your money at home if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your evening bag, your wallet, and keep all cash, plastic credit and cheques out of the casino. Grab only the money you expect to use on alcohol, tips and whatever pocket change you expect to burn and keep the rest behind.

Cynical? Not at all. Realistic more like. You might have a profit following a drunken evening out with your compatriots and be blessed sufficiently to hook a long roll at a hot craps table. Don’t forget that account because it’s as short-lived as it gets if you continuously drink and gamble. The two simply don’t go well together.

Keeping your moolah back at the hotel is a little dramatic, but defensive actions for drastic actions is compulsory. If you play to succeed, then don’t drink alcohol and bet. If you can afford to be wasteful with your assets without a worry, then drink all the gratis alcohol you can handle, but do not carry plastic credit and chequebooks to throw into the mix of following losses after your bombed head loses every little thing!

Allow me to take this one step further. Don’t drink alcohol and then go on the internet to bet in your preferred internet casino either. I love to beverage from the comfort of my apartment, however considering that I’m connected through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards near by, I can’t consume alcohol and wager.

What’s the reason? Although I do not drink alcohol to excess, once I drink alcohol, it is clearly sufficient to befuddle my common sense. I gamble, so I do not drink alcohol when betting. If you are a drinker, do not bet when you do. Both create an awful, and expensive, cocktail.
