An additional big American Indian casino is the Winna Vegas, with 45,000 sq.ft., 668 slot machines, and 14 table games. Additionally, the Ameristar Casino Hotel in Council Bluffs never closes, with 38,500 square feet, 1,589 one armed bandits, 36 table games, and 4 restaurants. There are numerous other dominant Iowa gambling halls, including Harrah’s Council Bluffs, with 28,250 sq.ft., 1,212 slots, and 39 table games.

A smaller Iowa gambling hall is the Diamond Jo, a water based gambling den in Dubuque, with 17,813 square feet, 776 slots, and 19 table games. The Catfish Bend Riverboat, in Fort Madison, with 13,000 square feet, 535 slots, and 14 table games. One more Iowa riverboat casino, The Isle of Capri, is open 24 hours, with 24,939 square feet, 1,100 one armed bandits, and 24 table games. The Mississippi Belle II, a 10,577 sq.ft. riverboat casino in Clinton, has 506 slot machines, 14 table games, live shows, and Thursday twenty-one matches.

Iowa casinos provide an excellent amount of tax income to the state government of Iowa, which has permitted the funding of a good many commonwealth wide projects. Visitors have increased at a rapid rate along with the requirement for processors and an increase in employment. Iowa gambling halls have contributed to the advancement of the economy, and the excitement for gambling in Iowa is widespread.
